Kindly complete in full the below sections so arrangements can be made to have the unit/s collected.
Once your information is received, we will proceed in booking a collection from the nominated premises and issue you with a connote.
■ IMPORTANT - ensure to use a carton of correct size (no larger than 50% of the unit/s sent) and DO NOT include its sound enclosure.
■ Out of Warranty equipment will not be automatically repaired. A quote will be issued separately, including any freight charges.
All units returned missing a Test Tag or if a tag has expired, one will be fitted and a Test & Tag service charge will apply.
This is required in order to comply with AS/NZS 3760:2010 standard - ask us if more info is needed.
