Z450 Industrial Cold Press Citrus ExtractorBASIC INDUSTRIAL Z450 - juice extraction unit is a robust and reliable Industrial citrus juice extractor (can also process Pomegranates) it has a removable front for ease of cleaning and removal of squeezing heads, a control window made of food-safe transparent plastic allows you to control the processing. The aluminium alloy gear motor unit is made by an a with an intermediate gear train lubricated by pulleys and controlled by the control panel (when fitted). Its self-moving and adjustable height structure consist entirely of AISI-304 stainless steel.

The juicer heads - are made of food-safe aluminium alloy and an AISI-304 stainless steel conical bushing for facilitating rapid set-up and takedown (change of juicer Kit).
Rotating Filter - the filter has 2mm perforations and a rotating strainer with a removable front actuated by an independent gear motor unit. This filter evacuate seed and pulp remains to a container. It is made of AISI-304 stainless steel with the leading edges of the strainer made of food-safe silicone.
Bucket Elevator - AISI 304 stainless steel 2.2 metres height bucket elevator, with 250mm width buckets, actuated by an aluminium alloy gear motor unit operated from the control panel through an electronic frequency converter so that optimal feed is achieved to the squeezing area regulating elevator speed. The Z450 is supplied with a large AISI-304 stainless steel fruit collecting hopper.
Peel Container - a 400 Ltr capacity stainless steel (AISI 304) container is included and used for collecting expelled peels. it has a flip-up front door side and fitted with wheels to facilitate an easy movement.
