Kindly complete in full the below sections so arrangements can be made to have the unit/s collected.
Once your information is received, we will proceed in booking a collection from the nominated premises and issue you with a connote.
– IMPORTANT - ensure to use a sturdy carton of correct* size with adequate packing.
*packed carton should not be larger than 50% of the equipment you are sending.
– Out of Warranty equipment will not be automatically repaired. A quote will be issued separately, including any freight charges incurred.
Test & Tag service is available for all equipment with expired test tags, our work is complient with AS/NZS 3760:2010 standard
